If you would like to have samples analysed by the SAPIGH platform, please contact Celine Dimier by email. We will then send you a quotation for the total cost of the work to be done and the delay for submission of validated results.
For oceanographic cruises, certain extra information will have to be sent with the samples.
1. sample codes, filtered volumes, CTD cast number, niskin bottle number, depth and any relevant information.
2. environmental data: dates, times (UT and local), coordinates.
3. "btl" filescomprising the pressure and fluorescence data.
All this information will be used to calculate the pigment concentrations and check and validate the final results in a most comprehensive database as possible.
