High Performance Liquid Chromatography

At the LOV, the analysis of phytoplankton pigments is carried out with a 1200 series Agilent Technologies HPLC system. It is equipped with:

   

* a degasser,
* a binary pump,
* a thermostatted autosampler and injector,
* a thermostatted column compartment,
* a diode array detector (UV and visible) and
* a computer with Chemstation + printer.
