Throughout the sample preparation and analysis, quality criteria are strictly applied.

During extraction, the samples are manipulated away from direct light and rapidly in order to avoid deterioration by warming up. 

The sample containers are stored in the order of analysis  until 3 months after data processing, in case of the necessity to return to the sample identification.

The extracts are placed in the autosampler at 4°C during 24h maximum to avoid the risk of significant pigment deterioration.

Chromatographic criteria are monitored to follow the "good health" of the column and instrumentation during the analyses.

Injection precision is evaluated for each sequence.

Once processed, the data go through a final verification and validation procedure before submission.
